Message displayed in my Creative Cloud Desktop App

Hi everyone!
The screenshot below shows a message displayed in my CreativeCloud Desktop app.
In the first sentence it suggests, that my credits do not expire. But then it continues, I should use them before they expire… Does this make sense to anyone of you?
On the Adobe website I can only find information on my credits being reset each month, but not being accummulated.

I understand how confusing and concerning this message can be, especially when your account shows available credits but the Creative Cloud Desktop app indicates they may expire.

I am not seeing anything indicating a problem with your available credits or entitlements, so I'd like to better understand what triggered the message.

Could you let us know:

When did this message first begin appearing?
Is it shown every time you open the Creative Cloud Desktop app, or only occasionally?
Have you recently changed plans, renewed a subscription, or added Adobe Stock?
Have you already tried signing out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app and signing back in?
Have you updated or reinstalled the Creative Cloud Desktop app since noticing the message?
Does the same message appear on more than one device?
