Missing Files

My subscription ended today without an offer to renew it which would have been nice instead I've been signed out of my account and NOT ONE file I've edited over the past year is available on my adobe cloud or laptop, I WANT MY FILES BACK!!

subscriptions automatically renew.  check https://account.adobe.com

 

also, even when a subscription ends, the cc files are not all removed:  

use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders/link to check.:

 

https://assets.adobe.com

https://lightroom.adobe.com

https://documentcloud.adobe.com

https://spark.adobe.com

 

if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder. the used storage shown at each of those four sites (when totaled), should match the space shown used by your cc files.

"When your subscription ends, you can no longer use most Creative Cloud applications or services. However, starter plans for some apps are still available with a free Creative Cloud membership. With this free membership, you can sign in to your Creative Cloud desktop app with the same Adobe ID and password.

 

"What happens to my existing files?
"You can continue to access your Creative Cloud files on your computer and the Creative Cloud website, subject to a 2GB cloud storage limit. If you’re over the 2GB cloud storage limit when you cancel, you have 30 days to move files out of cloud storage.

  "For additional information, see Subscription and Cancellation Terms."
