Missing Menu Ribbon

I changed the view in the drop down menu to Full Screen and lost Main Ribbon Menu along the top left and can not find a way to get it back, any ideas??? I've looked everywhere, even closed the software and reopned thinking it would reset to the defult view but no.

use the escape key. if that fails position your mouse at the top and wait one second.

Like most software all you need to do is hit the escape key, but it did not
work, I tried at least 5 times. Crazy enough it worked no problem after I
closed and relaunched the software. Thanks!
