Missing "Original Item" in my Creative Cloud Files Personal Accountg

This dialog appears whenever I search for Creative Cloud Files Personal Account items. Can someone tell me how and where to restore my so-called "original item"?

For the last few weeks, I have been getting this message on my screen. I know Illustrator fairly well but nothing about Creative Cloud Files Personal Account (because I've neither used it or visited it).

Might someone be kind enough to tell me how to find "the original item" that can't be found and relocate or reinstall it? Alternatively, can you say what forum I should visit to ask this question?

Thanks so much Ton. I've put my question at the site you recommended.

Not to be a bother, but what IS the "original item" that I assume should be in my CC Files Personal Account? And what goes into such a "Personal Account"? (As I said, to my knowledge I've never used any CC services, so I'm pretty ignorant on the whole subject.)

And by all means if this is too complicated and off-topic to address here, I'll certainly understand and await an answer back at the forum in which I've posted.
