Mobile and Desktop services not syncing

Hello all,

 

I have the full version of creative cloud through my school on my desktop pc. In my account it says I have access to all of the mobile apps, however when I install and log in to them on my iphone, it does not recognize me having anything but the free trial and my files will not sync between the two. Its like it created a new free account for my iphone and i'm not sure how to sync these.

I think you need to contact your school's IT dept.

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

click contact us (in the lower right)
in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

did you install the adobe cc mobile app on your iphone?

 

if not, you need to do so.

 

if yes, are you signed into your adobe cc mobile app with the adobe id use in your subscription?

 

if not, you need to do so.

yes, itvevsigned in to cc and lightroom with the same email. it even sent me a new "welcome to lightroom" email when I did so.
