Move portfolio between accounts

I recently cancelled my private subscription to adobe because my new job offered me an account I could use both at work and at home. The problem is that I had an adobe portfolio in my cancelled private account, which I now would like to move to my job account. Can you help me with this?

    Was there any success in transfering the adobe portfolio from one account to another account?
