Moving domain to new MyPortfolio Site

My old MyPortfolio and Adobe account were through a school email that no longer exists, so the site has been taken down by Adobe. I made a new MyPortfolio on a different email address and am attempting to connect my domain name to it. However, when I try, I am told that the domain name is already linked to a MyPortfolio site, even though that site isn't up anymore. How can I fix this so that my domain connects to the correct, new site?

Someone may be by who knows enough about Portfolio to help, but in general, Portfolio is not supported on this site.

@Rae24234710jo6c,

Depending on how long ago you terminated your school's plan, you might still be able to recover the old Portfolio and have it transfered to your new ID.
