moving files in "Creative Cloud Files" folder to a new computer via usb drive

Hello

I've a new pc. So i want to move my files in "creative cloud files" folder from my old computer to my new computer via external usb drive. After copying the files when i start sync, all the files in my computer disappears and cc starts downloading them again. It will take a lot of time.

Is there any solution?
