Multiple Library folders on iOS - Has anybody seen this before - I think iOS is broken

Would you mind sharing the version of the operating system you're using? Since when have you been seeing this? Are you still facing this issue? Have you checked what files are in there in those folders? Please ensure you're on the updated version of the operating system. We're here to help, just need some info.
