I have CC all apps plan and want to use Muse CC but it's trial version. Is it possible to use it under existing conditions ( without support, update etc.)

According to this page, https://helpx.adobe.com/muse/kb/adobe-muse-end-of-service.html, it looks like you may still be able to use Muse.

I caution you that since the Muse team stopped developing features on March 26, 2018, there have been changes to browsers that could make content created in Muse not display or function properly.

If you'd like to create websites without knowing how to code, I'd recommend using InDesign and either using Publish Online (that is free with InDesign but has some limitations such as not being able to customize your domain) or use the in5 plugin (that does have a cost associated with it) to export your content as HTML5.

Muse has long been dead, and it stopped working altogether with a recent CC update. I know because I had it installed on two machines and used it for a small site. I was prepared for this and it was no disaster, I just figured I'd use it for as long as it would go.

You can install it under your CC account if you enable "older apps" in CC preferences - but as I said, it will no longer work. It'll probably disappear soon.
