My 20GB of cloud storage is apparently full - but I have 0 files & documents!

And I have checked my deleted files... they're all empty. This is very frustrating. How can I get my 20GB of cloud storage back?

Thanks but no I already did that. I have 0 items in my Deleted folder.

Is there any way for me to get direct support from Adobe? I want to cancel my subscription unless this can be fixed.
