My access has been revoked
I received an email today which said,
| "your profile name has changed from Starlight to DEL-Starlight |
| This change was made by your organization’s administrator. No action is needed on your part – your products, access, and account remain the same. |
and another one after that which states,
You no longer have access to Creative Cloud All Apps + Adobe Stock in organization DEL-Starlight .
What should I do now? I cant access any of my apps and projects but the plan expiry in the adobe account says next payment is on May 15, 2026. I had bought the subscribtion on Groupon and had access to the account under Maplewood Foundation. It says contact your admin but when I click the admin group it says I dont have access to the admin or global admin either.
