My account is assigned to the wrong company

Hi,

as there is nobody at home at Adobe who could answer a personal question (help by real people brings up an AI chat bot!!!!!), I'm checking with the community if someone has experienced a similar issue in the last days.

When I login to my account I get this welcome message. This would be nice, if I would be in any way related to "Language Line Translation Solutions", but I am not.

Does anyone have an idea what this means? Is my account assigned to the wrong company? Where can I get this error fixed? (you know, nobody at home at Adobe).

check your account to see and verify your subscrption, https://account.adobe.com

 

if that looks ok, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id/password used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately, this does not help.

Anytime, when I sign in to an Adobe app or to my account, I get this Welcome screen, where I do not know where it comes from.

It tells me that I have a profile with Language Line Translation Solutions.

But I do not have such a profile (and I do not want it).

There is nothing in my account showing anything related to Language Line Translation.....

How can I get rid of this screen or delete the connection to this profile mentioned?

I'm a bit puzzled.
