My account is out of storage, but I only use about 1 GB of 1 TB

The cloud storage says that I use 913,5 MB of 1 TB, but I get the error message that the account is full. How can that be?

Also, please ensure that your deleted files aren't using valuable storage by deleting them permanently. You may check this article for more info: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/delete-files-permanently.html

Hi, 

I have no synced files and all deleted files are permanently deleted. My libraries and cloud documents can't be 1 TB... I believe it is correct that it is about 1MB. What can I do now?
