you need to use a dns that properly interprets the web site name.

     Hi @Enchanting_hearta02d

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

The ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT message suggests that your browser is unable to reach Adobe servers through the current internet connection. Since Creative Cloud works on a different network, this points to a network, DNS, firewall, or ISP-related issue rather than a problem with the Adobe app itself.

    Please try the following:

    1. Flush the DNS cache by running ipconfig /flushdns

    2. Restart your computer and router

    3. Temporarily disable any VPN, proxy, firewall, or antivirus software

    4. Switch to an alternate DNS, such as 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1

    5. Check whether https://adobe.ly/4y817Rf opens successfully in your browser.

Hope this points you in the right direction.

Hi Enchanting_hearta02d, we're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

Adobe cannot block your internet connection, so we'd like to understand what's happening in more detail. Could you let us know the exact error message you're seeing?

If possible, please share a screenshot of the message as well. That will help us better understand the problem and guide you in the right direction.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks
    ^KS
