My adobe portfolio doesn't recognise my cloud subscription!

Hi, I have recently had a problem with my CC and adobe portfolio!

I can not use my adobe portfolio because I get this error that there was a 

problem with my creative cloud payments, but on the other hand, we 

checked with an adobe agent, and my subscription was valid and included 

my portfolio too! I already emailed them but got no response back.

It's a bit confusing because I might even lose the websites I already have!

Please let me know if anyone can help!
