My Adobe Portfolio website is looking different on the backend than the live version.

Hi everyone,
I need to update my website on Adobe Portfolio, which has a column on the left with Logo and navigation and then on the right, a grid with different jobs.

The back end is looking completelly different with the logo+navigation on top and no grid. 
I'm afraid to completely change it when I upload new stuff. 
Can someome shed a light on what's going on please.
