My Adobe Portfolio website is missing

1. You have to be using the same Adobe ID to access your Portfolio site.

2. Portfolio isn't supported on this site. Try: http://help.myportfolio.com/

3. Customer service may be able to help you. This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the Adobe Community Professionals, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
