My Behance profile received a shadow ban due to alleged suspicious activity, but I did not use any third-party promotion. I would like clarification and a timeline for resolution.
About a month ago, I received an email from Adobe informing me that my Behance account visibility had been limited due to “suspicious” activity on one of my projects, which was receiving a high number of likes. As a result, my work stopped appearing in Behance’s Explore, Discover, and Search sections.
Since then, I have contacted Behance Help and Adobe support multiple times but have not received a clear explanation of why this measure was applied or how long it will remain in place. I would like to clarify that I did not use any third-party services, paid promotion, or artificial methods to increase engagement. The project was only shared on my own social media channels (Instagram and LinkedIn), and the engagement occurred organically.
I understand the importance of maintaining the integrity of the platform, but I am currently facing consequences for activity that I did not initiate or influence. I have also spoken with other designers who experienced a similar situation and had their accounts restored after a few weeks, which makes the lack of communication about my case even more concerning.
As a paying subscriber to both Adobe and Behance Pro, I would greatly appreciate a clear explanation of why this limitation was applied and when my account visibility is expected to be restored.
Thank you for your attention.
