Question

My CC files have disappeared off my desktop folder, but can still be accessed via the web. How can I fix this, as none of my programmes can access the files?

The app is saying that all my files are synced but there is nothing there! There is no problem on my desktop computer, but on my laptop the files are no where to be seen and I can't retrieve them. @

Hi,

Are you sure you are logged in on both machines with the same AdobeID?, if you are logged in with the same AdobeID on both machines this sounds like the Creative Cloud folder on your laptop has moved for some reason.

I have just discovered the same problem. All of my CC Files except the ones I created today are not in my desktop folder; only on the web. Help!
