How do I get it unfull?

Please don't tell me to go to "My Files". That folder is empty. Yet...my interface keeps telling me that I have over 45 GB of files...a 2GB limit and nothing in my files folder or anywhere else.

Why? Who designed this thing? How do I find my files, aside from getting them back?

Is it just me, or was Adobe MUCH better back in the days when you could buy it on a disk?
