Question

My creative Cloud app isn't opening

i managed to somehow open Adobe Illustrator despite not having it but the Creative Cloud app just keeps loading in it’s rainbow form. It won’t open and let me download normally. I don’t know what is wrong. I opened after effects and it said something about my MacBook Pro 2020 having less than 16GB of Ram.

Start with https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html to remove programs so you have a ‘clean’ computer without a faulty installation

How to install when you have a subscription and a problem
You may NOT use the Opera browser... it is not compatible with Adobe
NOTE: the alternate download link in this link works better for some people
Install the cc desktop app using the download links at the bottom of this
    https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
If that works for you, you then use the Cloud manager to install your programs

The loading screen.  The icon just tilts the colors.

i don’t understand that. copy and paste here a screenshot showing it.

also, you can’t open illustrator unless it’s installed.
