My Creative Cloud files are not syncing!

I tried calling and got no help zero.

Please quit, not only minimize, but use the menu „Quit“ (Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application FAQ ) to exit the CC app.

Rename the folder where the files used to be synched. I append .old to that folder normally.

Restart the CC app. Does it start synching?
