My creative cloud files will not sync. I continually get a 'Some files failed to Sync' message

I continue to get this message. I upgraded my broadband to use this service. I only upload files that are around 200mb. Sometimes it syncs, sometimes not. I've tried pausing, logging out, logging back in, quitting, restarting, but this continues to happen. Anyone have any ideas?
