my creative cloud icon has a red exclamation mark

hello

not sure what the issue is. all photos are synced correctly and all apps are up to date.

I have plenty of available cloud space

 

can anyone help please?

I already tried to shut down CC and restart but it's still there

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
