My Creative Cloud Setup is not opening

I have downloaded the Creative Cloud setup program, but when I try to install it, it gives an error. I have a dual-boot operating system, and it works on the other OS, but not on this one. It's not being blocked by any antivirus or firewall; I've checked multiple times. The program shows up in the task manager as running in the background, but it doesn't appear on the screen. Please help, my problem is quite significant.
