Question

My desktop app won't synch the files. It will synch on a download but when I create a new file locally it won't synch it up.

I just can't seem to be able to synch files on the upload way. It will synch down but not up.

What's up?

Could you send me some log files please so I can look a bit more into the issues you are having.

The log files can be found here:

Mac: /Users/<yourusername>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/

Windows: C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CoreSync\

The logs have the date in the filename, like "CoreSync-2014-03-25.log". Please compress (zip) all the CoreSync-2014-MM-DD.log files and email them to me directly at harress@adobe.com

I can not sync my files, in the app appear to be syncing but no nothing happens.

I just wanted to remind you that this is not a support forum, and the best way to get help with Creative Cloud is to contact Adobe Customer Support if you are facing issues. If you could send me your log files as described above that would be great, I can then look into your issue.
