My Desktop creative cloud suddenly UNABLE to sync the files

My creative cloud desktop app  suddenly STOPPED to sync our files.

It always gives us a window with no option of viwieng the file now to sync it.It's just a gray window.

Now on our windows it is working fine.Is it just for mac?Because we are using it and happy with the way it sync all our files for latest a month or so.
