My Email ID has photoshop enabled, but in creative cloud, Photoshop is not available.

I recently purchased a year plan that has photoshop and lightroom. Today I received the Email below saying that my Adobe ID was my email. but when i open creative cloud there is no active plan. Anything. It's like I still need to buy.

 

Help me Pls

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

 

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

 

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location

Try signing out of Creative Cloud, then sign back in again with your Adobe ID and password.
