after the last upgrades to 2015 apps

now my file sync doesn't work

should i uninstall & reinstall

Please check the steps in :

Please contact Adobe support if the issue is still unresolved.

i am sorry

that is not the problem

guess i was not clear

my creative cloud sync asset files is not working

& i cannot find a way to contact adobe support

it keeps giving me wrong answers instead of a human

actually just tried - said i can't uninstall because apps are connected to it

this is frustrating ;(
