My internet connection is slow when I access Adobe

Anything that requires an internet connection within the Adobe platform takes an embarrassingly long amount of time to load. All of their sites glitch when it comes to signing in and a single font can take upwards of 10 minutes to appear in apps. It’s making it hard to work on projects because half of your time is wasted waiting and staring at your screen (or logging in for the 10th time in one day). For a tech company, you think they would pay better attention to these details.

    first try resetting the cc app:

    To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press: Win: Ctrl + Alt + R Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

    It has been horrible lately.  Glitch after glitch. Issues with redacting and bates labeling, too!

    I’ve been having trouble for at least four months. Even had our IT staff look into solutions. I hate Canva, but at least I don’t have to wait for it. I’m in midwest United States, pretty good WiFi, fwiw.

    Here in Minnesota - I have a blazingly fast connection and have no problems at all downloading huge files - but Adobe installation files?  Ridiculously slow

    @Cobie French,

    Test your Internet Connection Speed

    https://support.google.com/websearch?p=speedtest

    Mine is very fast.

    667.3 Mbps download

    24.5 Mbps upload

    If yours isn’t fast enough, try using another ISP.
