My latest project flagged as spam after cover update

I originally published the work on December 29th. The project included two video embeds via the Kinescope player and a 360-degree panorama hosted on Kuula. Immediately after publishing, the project was flagged as spam.
I promptly filed an appeal through the Behance support form. After some time, I received a standard automated response citing general rules; however, the project was eventually unbanned and became visible in search results and tags again.
Two weeks later, I decided to update the project's cover image. Right after this edit, the work disappeared from Behance search results once more.
To resolve this, I have already removed the Kinescope embeds (replacing them with YouTube links) and deleted the Kuula panorama. I also submitted a second request to support over 12 hours ago. At this point, I am not concerned about the number of likes; I simply want my work to be visible to all Behance users. My only goal is for the automated algorithms to stop flagging my project.
