My libraries do not sync between PCs

Hi,

I have 4 Adobe CC acounts, used in several comps (home and work) 

My libraries do not sync a lot of files between computers for hours, but its show "all libraries is up to date" and no errors in adobe status.
Also - sometimes I can't drop anything in the library.
My storage is almost empty.

Are there 4 different accounts or one account and you use four different computers?

 

I had a similar problem some time ago. I solved it with this:

  • Exit the creative cloud desktop app and all cloud applications.
  • Rename the root directory for my cloud assets (“Creative Cloud Files”) to something.old.
  • Start creative cloud desktop app

The synching started from 0 and as I had half a terabyte of data, it took some time to synch, but it eventually solved my problem.

4 accounts (expired today, only two will be renewed) on 4 computers. I've try your method - not working.

Welcome to our community forum. I understand how you feel when file syncing doe not take place properly. To investigate your issue. could you please let us know what account you hold with Adobe, is it an Enterprise account or an Individual account? Also please let us know the version of the Creative Cloud Application installed on your PC.

If the above link does not resolve your issue, refer to the below steps please:

 

first try, resetting the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, try to repair

if that fails go ahead and uninstall/reinstall per the above link

if that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

It's windows 10 pro for all computers, the problem is here about 4-5 days at least.

Also, I've try to reset Adobe CC app. 

For other steps... I dont think that this is posible right now, Moreover, the problem is at least 4 computers for now.
