My Library fails to show files in apps

New to CC - synchronization is on but not synchronizing  " 0% of 20 GB", graphics not showing in My Library of the apps. Worked during the trial phase. What is it that we didn't do in the installation process,?

Hi 191610r,

Like Arij2010 suggests, checking to see if you're getting an error in the panel is a good place to start.

We have this article that goes over some troubleshooting related to the issue:
Solution to the issue: Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries panel doesn't load in desktop products

I'd be curious if file sync works outside of the Library panel too
Browse, sync, and manage Adobe Creative Cloud assets

Hi,

It's not related to installation .Suncronization is linked to your Adobe ID and CC desktop .

Can you tell me if you have an error on library panel or it just saying that you have no file .

Hi,

No error messages, just doesn’t seem to recognise any files. Tried drop and drag into the Library space in Photoshop but it refused to accept all formats I tried.
