My library is not working

My library is wrong. It says that it can´t connect to my cloud. What should I do? I`ve already did close my creative cloud and start it up again but nothing happend. HELP!!!

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
