My nephew had paid and purchase Complete Package of Adobe including Design and darkroom etc.

A Creative Cloud subscription for students is not transferable.  Post graduation he will need to buy a new subscription at the regular rates as he's no longer a student.

You cannot buy an "Adobe package", you can only subscribe to Creative Cloud.

So either you were wrong or your nephew got ripped off.
