My pages on Behance are not found and all my projects went private

Hi Everyone,

 

I have a problem with my Behance accounts.

 

All my projects have become private and I can’t change it. If I'm not logged in to my account I can't find my pages by links. It says 'Oops! We can't find that page'.

I tried to use Safari and Google Chrome.

 

It looks very strange to me because I didn’t do anything at all. I checked my emails and I didn’t receive any emails from Behance. I also didn’t receive any notifications in my accounts. 

 

I also tried to change the project status from 'Private' to 'Everyone' and it said 'There was an error processing your request'.

Can anybody please help? I attached the screens below.

    Adobe staff do not work on weekends.   Be patient.   Also check your email spam folder for a reply.

    Technically, Behance is not supported here but on https://help.behance.net/hc/en-us.

     

    There are some people here who might be able to help, but your best bet is probably going to the Behance support site.

      I immediately wrote to the Behance support team and submitted 2 tickets, but unfortunately, no one answered me((

      So I hope to find some help here.
