My Portoflio has been completely changed

I had a video in one of the pages of my portoflio that wasn’t functioning, I compressed the video’s size and now the video works, but when I hit “Update live site” and checked it everything on the main page is gone. There’s no thumbnails or clickable pages at all even though in the editor they’re all still there. I have no idea what caused this or how it’s possible for the editor and the live site to be completely different but that’s where I find myself
