My Projects Are Private and I Can't Make Them Public – No Response from Behance Support

Hello Everyone,

I’ve been using Behance for a while and all my projects were previously published and visible to the public.
However, now all of them suddenly show the message:
“Only accessible to you. Not discoverable on Behance”

I can no longer change their visibility to “Public” — the option is disabled.

Additionally, no one can see my Behance profile. It seems to be locked.

I have no idea why this happened. I didn’t change anything recently and haven’t received any warnings or emails.

I also sent emails to Behance support more than 15 days ago, but I haven’t received any reply.

Can someone please help or tell me what’s going on?

I am writing regarding an issue with my Behance account: [your profile URL, e.g. behance.net/yourusername]

A few days ago, all of my projects were automatically switched to PRIVATE without any action from my side. When I try to change the visibility back to Public or edit any project, I receive the error message: "Unfortunately you cannot update a project now."

I have not received any warning or email explaining why this happened. I believe my account may have been mistakenly flagged by the automated anti-spam system.

I am a genuine freelance designer, and my projects showcase real client work, including e-commerce and Shopify store designs. My portfolio is essential for my freelance career, as recruiters and clients are currently unable to view my work.

I have already verified my Adobe ID email address, and I have secured my account with a new password and two-step verification.

Could you please review my account and restore my ability to publish and update my projects? If any of my projects unintentionally violated the community guidelines, kindly let me know which ones so I can correct them.
