My shared links are working for some but not others.

Sometimes the links to files or folder that I share with coworkers work for them, and they love the ease of viewing and downloading when it does work, but other times I hear back from them that the links don't work, and they just see a blank screen. I notice too, that often when I click on one of my links to view a file, it does not work, but after refreshing the page it does. Is there any solution for the sporadic failures?
