My Sync is always off !

Hello I have a big problem with the Sync for Asset.

I will attach the screen. Even if I'm trying to switch to ON from preferences, a message appears with the Error for Sync ! (screen 01)

Whenever I try to open the web view it shows me the error message and it just opens a Windows'window with the folders (like screen 02)
