Need Help Accessing the Correct Adobe Profile

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with my Adobe account. My ID is "behance.net/rokibux" which I created using my email. I recently purchased an Adobe subscription using the same email. 

However, when I tried to log in today, the "behance.net/rokibux" profile isn't showing up. Instead, a different profile, "behance.net/rokibhasan15," is appearing.

I need to regain access to my "behance.net/rokibux" ID. Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

if you need help with behance, use https://help.behance.net/hc/en-us

 

if you need to change your adobe profile, sign out of your cc desktop app and then sign back in.  if you have 2 profiles, you will be given the option to select.
