Need help with passing the enterprise license from school to my individual account

Question

Hi,I’m currently a student, and the free Adobe CC plan is included in my tuition. I asked my school’s IT team if they could transfer the enterprise license to my personal account, but they said they can’t (which I’m a bit confused about, since my previous school was able to do it.) Now I have to manually move all my files, brushes, and fonts over to my school account, and it’s pretty inconvenient. I wonder would it be possible to transfer the enterprise license from my end instead of going through the school administrator? Thanks in advance 🫶🫶🫶!!!!

That plan is not 'free' your school is paying Adobe and including the cost in your tuition... but since the school is paying Adobe that means that the school owns the subscription... and from what you wrote it SEEMS that your school policy does not allow transferring a school owned subscription to a personal account
