Need help with Photoshop download

Angry0069, sorry you are encountering problems installing Photoshop.  What type of Creative Cloud membership are you using?  To locate the error that is preventing the installation please check the log file per the directions offered in  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-log-files.html.
