Need to download folders from creative cloud web synced files to lower my storage

So finally I found where the synced files online is https://assets.adobe.com/files and now I need to download a folder(s) so I can then remove/delete it to solve the overstorage issue (had 1TB via company and downgraded to individual after leaving to 100GB so now I'm over the limit but can't sync all my files to desktop (the 140GB I have) and I can't go into each dir and download because it's a stupid thing to ask people to download thousands of indivual files and go through days of doing this for each single file.

Is there any other way to get all my 140GB first? Then I can decide what I need to delete or have a back up of first and remove from CC storage.
