Network share access slow because of Adobe Creative Cloud

Hello,
We have some brand new laptops and noticed that after installing Adobe Creative Cloud, an access to a network shares is very slow: from 20 sec to 60 sec to access a folder at first connection only.
It is not a bandwidth issue as when Creative Cloud is not installed, access to network shares can be browsed instantaneously.

Is there any Adobe CC process that would unlikely disturbe network share access?
