New Sync Policy

Hello,

I am a newbie here and, thus, have a question that some will consider naive or downright stupid. For that, I apologize in advance. I am confused about the new sync policy being instituted at the end of February 2024. I use cloud-based Lightroom, Photoshop, and my 1 TB Creative Cloud storage to enable me to work on both my laptop and my iPad. My question is: Will the new Creative Cloud sync policy allow me to continue doing that without additional fees? I'm afraid that it will be a deal breaker if I can no longer work across devices or have to pay extra fees to continue doing so. Thanks much for your help in understanding this.

Dave
