No access for editing

My account is up to date but I can't edit files. I can upload files to Bridge etc but cannot access a file for editing. Any suggestions?

    Do said files reside on your computer's hard drive?

     

    You can't edit files from cloud drives like DropBox or Google Drive without downloading them to your computer first.

    When you post a question you always need to tell the program you are using
    There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs
