We're sorry to hear about your trouble. Would you mind telling us the operating system version you're using? Are you getting any error messages? Which version of the Creative Cloud Desktop App you're using? Are you using a wired connection or a Wireless connection? Did you try switching the internet connection to check if that helps?

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
