No Adobe app starts from CC

Hi there,


EVERY Adobe app freezes when I open it from either cc or directly from my  desktop:

With this screen it stalls completely.
Anyone out there familiar with this?
Thanks for replying, can't use any app now 😞

Thx for the reply.
The issue however is not a blank screen on the CC Desktop, that works fine.
I get the blank screen on ANY app that I launch from the CC desktop, or directly from my desktop.
Lightroom for instance, see the capture below as soon as the app has started/loaded.
